At Terra Prana, all of our products are lovingly crafted in small batches. Please allow us time to prepare your order with care and intention.

✧ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is received. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly — we appreciate your patience.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

✧ Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: These are estimates provided by the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

✧ Local Pickup (Optional)

If you're located in Bend Oregon, we offer free local pickup. Please contact us to arrange a time for pickup once your order is ready.

✧ International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary. Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.

✧ Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly.

  3. Email us if you're still having trouble — we're happy to assist.

✧ Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
